One on one recovery coaching is great way to get the help you want from the comfort of your own home or mobile device.

I use ZOOM for my online coaching. You don't have to have a ZOOM account to participate. Just log in from the reminder email and you are good to go. If this is your first time using ZOOM it is recommended that you make sure your devices' audio and video is working properly.
